However, another user found a hardened ring on top of the product on the first purchase and the second container had nearly unusable hardened paste, so they do not advise purchasing it. Another customer purchased the paste to fill in cracks, but approximately one-third of the tub was dried and hard, so they do not recommend ordering from the same place. One reviewer was able to use the paste effectively to stop water inflow and found the product easy to use but Considered it slightly expensive for the small container. A user who received a paste block instead of a spreadable paste, in temperatures between 55 degrees and 70 degrees, deemed the product either ancient or defective. Another customer complained that the manufacturer did not disclose that the entire product would harden upon opening and would be difficult to use thereafter without finishing it. The paste is paintable, and users should wait at least 24 hours after applying it. The temperature of a room should ideally be above 62 degrees Fahrenheit for the paint to adhere well. Unfortunately, a 5-gallon bucket capacity is unavailable for purchase.
