The Men's Refresh Recovery compression tights are a great choice for anyone looking to aid their recovery after intense training. They come in two compression ratings, extra-firm and firm, and have an overfoot stirrup which provides targeted compression relief from the furthest extremity for entire lower body relief. They can be used for a workout or post-workout; however, customers recommend using them post-workout as they are tight and offer good compression. The waistband sits low on the hips and doesn't stay in place around the groin, which can become uncomfortable. Customers also felt that the waistband was too big compared to the leg size. They come in regular sizes, but customers found them too short and would need to roll up the waistband or have extra material bunching up throughout the legs. Some customers experienced issues with the seams ripping after a few uses. However, they provide superior compression compared to other brands, which is their main purpose.
